HOA Meet and Greet
Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, 6:30pm to 8pm at Clubhouse
Effective September 1, RealManage will replace First Service Residential (FSR) as our HOA Management Partner. This action will strengthen our community in achieving more efficient and timely management of the administrative actions that are required to support our short and long term objectives. The new board members and all maintenance contractors (landscaping, security, pool, clubhouse, etc) have been asked to attend to answer any homeowner questions and to align with our expectations.

Street Sweeping
Monday, September 24th, 2018, All Day Event at SWR Neighborhood
Bi-Annual Street Sweeping is Scheduled for Monday, 9/24. Weather permitting.
