Hello Neighbors!
As your 2021 Stonewall Ranch Homeowner’s Association (HOA), we want to introduce ourselves as well as our priorities for this coming year. We are a team of residents that volunteered to represent our community to our HOA management company as well as to the various vendors that maintain our property. We have several areas that we will be focusing on over the next year:
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Improvements to our common areas
- Long term budgetary planning
- Safety and security
These are all caged by accountability; we will work hard to hold ourselves and our neighbors to the standard that makes this neighborhood a fantastic place to live.
If you have an idea about how to make our community a better place, we are very open to it and would welcome your to help in implementing your suggestions.
Introduction to your HOA Board Members:
Matt Muehlstein - President
I have lived in Stonewall Ranch for four years and have served on the board for three of those years. My wife and I have four elementary-aged children. I work as a project manager for a local commercial real estate firm with properties throughout San Antonio and Austin. My motivation for volunteering for the board was to ensure that the assets of the neighborhood are properly maintained.
John “Q” Everage - Vice President
My wife and I serve in the United States Air Force. I’m a cyber warfare officer with 22 years of service, and Melissa is a women’s health doctor of nursing practice with over 15 years of service. The beauty of this community led us to purchase here this year, and we are looking forward getting to serve with you all during our term.
Liam Flint - Secretary
I am 72 years old, am a Bishop in the United Church of Ireland, and serve as a Consistory Bishop on the Episcopal Free Communion. I volunteered to serve on the Board to improve communications and to encourage Covenants and Regulations be fairly enforced throughout the neighborhood, and that they are kept updated to meet our needs better. I believe in openness and transparency. I am always available to my neighbors to discuss their concerns.
Josh King - Treasurer
I have been a member of the Stonewall Ranch HOA Board for over 5 years and have more than 15 year’s experience serving on HOA Boards. My motivation to volunteering my time to the community is to insure that the Association finances and affairs are managed in an efficient manner. I have been a resident of San Antonio all my life and own and operate a small business in the community.
Max Hosmanek - Director at Large
I am a retired nurse who has lived in the neighborhood for 15 years.
Christie Zgourides - Director at Large and Communications Committee
I’ve lived in the neighborhood with my husband George for about six years. I have both academic and business backgrounds, including working as a professor for American Military University and as a practice manager for a pathology lab. My focus on the board is improving communications through routine updating of the website and regular community messages.
Vacant - Director at Large
We currently have a vacant position on the Board. Let us know if you would like to apply.
